Need to give a little more ‘meat’ to the ICT Scheme of Work? We have updated the QCA scheme to include more multimedia aspects. This updated scheme is now available to all schools.

Search engine for children

Kidrex is a search engine powered by Google. It has the Google Safesearch on all the time to block out unsuitable websites and has a very child friendly look and feel. It will also modify the search terms to come up with more child friendly results. Inappropriate sites can be reported using an online form. Have a look at www.kidrex.org

Using Softease in the Revised Frameworks – change of date

Unfortunately we have had to change the dates of the planned training sessions for primary teachers in Staffordshire looking at  ”Using Textease Studio CT within the New Frameworks for Literacy and Mathematics”.
